Legal Intern Opportunity — 2018

The Civilian Board of Contract Appeals employs as Legal Interns a select few high-quality law students during the Fall and Spring academic semesters. Legal Interns assist Board Judges by conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda, preparing analyses of facts, assisting in the preparation of orders and decisions, attending hearings and taking part in mediations.

Academic Credit

A Legal Intern may receive academic credit for the internship but it is not required by the Board. Students should check with their law school for information about receiving credit.

Schedule and Work Hours

Legal Interns are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week for not less than 12 weeks during the Fall or Spring academic semesters.
