RULE 4 APPEAL FILES
- Rule 4 appeal files, supplements, and exhibits may NOT be filed in the Electronic Docketing System (EDS).
- Parties may efile the Rule 4 appeal file, supplements, and exhibits via email (efile.cbca@cbca.gov), provided that:
1) There are no more than 10 total emails, each not to exceed 18 MB.
2) The index and each exhibit MUST BE separate .pdf documents and MUST HAVE file names that correspond with the exhibit number.
3) Exhibits MUST NOT be merged into one .pdf document.
4) Files MUST NOT be embedded in the .pdf documents.
- As long as the Rule 4 appeal files, supplements, and exhibits meet the requirements above, the parties DO NOT need permission from the Board to efile Rule 4 appeal files or supplements.
- The CBCA also accepts Rule 4 appeal files, supplements, and exhibits by:
1) In-person, courier, or mail (USPS/FedEx/UPS) delivery on
a CD, DVD, or flash drive.
2) Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). See the submission guide for details on using SFTP.
